We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
If 15 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide:

Instructions on how and where to send the package
Items sent back without approval will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not include original shipping charges.
